Once terms and scope of work are agreed upon - your time becomes your own again. Rest assured that I know how to prioritize workload and time, and I will execute with excellence and timeliness.

The best time to communicate a potential issue or challenge is immediately. I would much rather spend time learning about what turned out to be a non-issue than lose valuable reaction time by hoping the situation gets better before we communicate about it.

I highly value feedback and welcome it. There are a million ways in which I can improve, and feedback is a critical part of my growth journey. Thank you in advance for helping me with my blind spots or stubborn areas.

If ever in a situation where there is a roadblock, I will actively solo problem-solve while communicating directly to you with transparency and bluntness. I will make priorities and needed resources clear. 

I strongly encourage regular check-ins with teammates or members of other teams with whom I might interface regularly. It's important for me to talk with others directly involved in our business and goals about what I'm working on and how we can help each other. 

On-going communication will be facilitated through communication channels such as email, slack, TEAMS, phone calls, etc as warranted. I am readily available to step into more or less communication, based on your preference. 

I will manage business with extreme ownership of the result and extreme openness on how to get there. Asking for help or input from other departments is paramount for the growth and success of the overall team. Success is ultimately up to effective communication -  I find that the greater the resources and transparency of the business, the higher rate of success toward the goal.
